Our location:

Kubu Safari Lodge is situated in close proximity to the Kruger National Park and well known wildlife destinations such as Timbavati and Kapama Private Game Reserves

We are also en route to Blyde River Canyon and the Panorama route via Abel Erasmus Pass

You can gain direct access to the new Mozambique corridor through KNP to Tofu Bay and others

The lodge has very interesting projects such as Moholoholo or White Lions and Buffalo breeding in the close vicinity

Cultural experiences can also be enjoyed by visiting a Shangaan village for their songs and dances

Directions from Johannesburg:

• From JHB - take the N4 passing Witbank and Middleburg.
• Turn left onto R540 at Belfast.
• From Belfast carry on to Dullstroom and then onto Lydenburg.
• Once in Lydenburg take the R36 to Ohrigstad.
• Stay on this road passing through the Strijdom Tunnel.
• Keep on this road until you reach Hoedspruit Town and the 4-way stop of the R40.
• Turn Right towards Bushbuckridge and Hazyview.
• After 7 kms turn left towards Eastgate Airport and the Timbavati Game Reserve.
• After 15km turn right into Kubu Safari Lodge.
